A little bit about me....
In 2004 I graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and three years later I received my Master’s Degree in Counseling. Along the way I became a Certified Chemical Dependency Counselor and worked at an inpatient Eating Disorder Ranch. Over the past 15 years I have worked in private school, public school, private practice with Medical Psychologist, inpatient hospitals and outpatient facilities. This year I took the leap and decided that with the 15 years of experience I have it was time for me to start my own private practice and start giving back to my community. Counseling is beneficial to any age at any socioeconomic status. Our lives are often complicated by problems associated with anxiety, depression, codependency, addiction and more. It is a therapist job to be a third party unbias person for you to go to, to receive hope, psychoeducation, compassion and someone to talk to. My passion and gift in life is helping others help themselves.
