GoodWolf is a BARRE ABOVE training facility. GoodWolf Power Yoga/Pilates Studio offers heated and nonheated CLASSES and now PILATES REFORMER SESSIONS. Seven days a week HOT YOGA - 30+ classes a week including heated and non-heated HOT POWER YOGA, Non heated Yoga, Yin Yoga, Tabata Yoga, Power Up, Booty Ballet Barre, Mat Pilates, Pilates Fusion and more. Six days a week PILATES REFORMER 30+ SESSIONS a week. First three are discounted. We practice Baptiste Yoga, founded by Baron Baptiste. A combination of vigorous, flowing, heated asana, meditation, and active self-inquiry, Baptiste Yoga is designed to condition the whole body while encouraging students to step into their full potential. We seek to inspire passion, commitment and focus by giving people the tools to transform their lives. You'll feel welcomed and a sense on community/family the moment you walk in GoodWolf. Locally owned and operated by Toni Heinen. A wife of 38 years, mom of three, grandmother of six and a friend to all that enter GoodWolf.
