This month, we are excited to recognize Andrew, one of our incredible CST First Assists, as our Team Member of the Month!

Andrew is a part of the foundational team at LOS Surgery Center and plays a vital role in supporting our surgeons and ensuring the highest level of care for our patients. 

When asked what he enjoys most about his role, he shared:
🗣 “Helping patients I believe is number one on that list. I also love how as a Surgical Technologist, you are constantly evolving and sharpening your skills to be the best.”

He also wants the community to know just how important the CST First Assist role is:
🗣 “I wish people knew more about becoming a surgical technologist. I believe that area of healthcare can get skipped over.”

Outside of the operating room, Andrew enjoys spending time with his family and writing – he is a published author with more projects on the way! What motivates him every day is God and his family.

We are so grateful to have Andrew as part of our LOS family. His skill, dedication, and compassion make a difference not only for our patients, but for every member of the surgical team. 💙
