As 2025 comes to a close, we find ourselves reflecting on what a monumental year it has been for LOS Surgery Center! This year was built one day at a time, one patient at a time, and one moment of trust at a time. We showed up for each other and celebrated every accomplishment.

To our patients who trust us, and to the team who pours their hearts into every single day: thank you. You are the reason this place is more than a surgery center. You are the reason it feels like purpose.

🌟 Team Member Spotlight: Amanda Guidry, Business Office Manager 🌟

Meet Amanda! She’s the heart of our Business Office and a big reason things run so smoothly at LOS Surgery Center. Amanda plays a key role in the patient experience, as the front office staff are usually the first and last people patients interact with. Her goal is always to keep things running smoothly without stress so patients feel supported every step of the way.

The Business Office handles a lot behind the scenes, from credentialing and scheduling to check-in and insurance. It takes problem-solving and communication to keep everything flowing for both patients and staff. Amanda’s greatest enjoyment at work comes from everyone collaborating across departments to reach the same goal: providing excellent patient care.

What motivates her every day is her team. Their dedication, teamwork, and willingness to support each other push her to always give her best.

Integrity and accountability are values Amanda holds close, and one of the best pieces of advice she lives by is that you don’t need a title to be a leader—just a focus on solutions.

Outside of work, Amanda is crafty and loves a good DIY project! She enjoys shopping and unwinding at home with a big hug from her daughter, Grace. 🤗

You’ll usually find her fueled by Jet Coffee and surrounded by sticky notes. We’re proud to have Amanda as part of the LOS team! 💙
