Welcome Courtenay Wells, NP - Lafayette Family Medicine

Courtenay Wells is a Family Nurse Practitioner, licensed in Indiana and nationally board certified with The American Nurses Credentialing Center. Her over 20 years of FNP clinical practice includes 8 years at Purdue University College of Nursing teaching medical examination skills and psychiatric nursing. She enjoys working with her patients to help them reach their health goals.
