Yes, We’re Talking About
THAT Appointment.
Avoiding It Doesn’t Make It Less Important.
It may not be your favorite thing to put on the calendar, but a
colonoscopy is one of the most powerful tools for preventing colon
cancer. Most adults should begin screening at age 45, and even earlier if risk factors such as family history, smoking, or certain digestive conditions are present.
Colon cancer often develops without symptoms, which makes routine screening so important. The good news? A colonoscopy is safe, routine, and usually completed in less time than you think.
Best of all, you don’t have to travel far. Our experienced team provides trusted, compassionate care close to home — helping to protect yourhealth, and keeping our community strong for years to come!
