Try this exercise if you find you are in judgement or envy. It can soften your spirit considerably…though it can be a painful exercise. When someone keeps coming up in our lives and there is judgment or envy, instead of relishing in it OR beating yourself up for it… ALLOW your feelings of admiration. It doesn’t mean you admire everything about the person, there just may be a quality that you do admire… that you actually do have and need to tap into. I’ve done this time and time again in my life and the relief I feel afterwards is very rewarding.
