✨ Finding the right therapist matters, especially if you or your loved one are neurodivergent. Therapy should feel like a space where you’re safe, respected, and truly understood.

That’s why it’s not just okay to ask your therapist questions, it’s essential! 🧠💛
In this post, we’re sharing some example questions you can bring into a first session (or even before starting therapy!) to help you figure out if it’s the right fit for you.
