🔪Why sharpen your knives?
Knives should be sharp for safety, efficiency, and better food quality. A sharp knife requires less force, reducing the chance of it slipping and causing injury, while a dull knife requires more pressure, making slips more dangerous. Sharp knives also make precise, clean cuts that preserve the integrity and flavor of food.
🔪About LeBlades:
"I believe that knives are tools that should be made to last a lifetime and handed down for generations. I hand make all of my knives - the blades, handles and sheaths. My knives are meant to be used, not put on a shelf for decoration. I also make custom knives, do knife repairs and offer on-site sharpening for knives, garden tools, and other straight blades.
Products: I have knives - kitchen, skinning, fixed blade pocket knives, filet, shucking, cheese knife sets, wood carving knives, and all purpose utility knives. In addition, I have pizza cutters, wood pens, and bottle openers."
