Nicole works in our Memory Springs Unit and has a heart of gold when it comes to caring for our dementia residents. Her compassion, patience, and dedication shine through in everything she does — and we are so lucky to have her on our team! 💙

We also want to recognize Esther Tyler, our amazing Resident Council President! Esther is a true leader in our community, always advocating for her fellow residents and helping us make The Waters an even better place to call home. đź‘Ź
