Happy Wednesday! We understand that working at a desk all day can be a lot on our backs and neck. Try to find time throughout the day to get up and move around and stretch if you can!

To avoid problems like "tech-nech" try these simple things like:
- Take breaks from your phone
- Keep devices at eye level when in use
- Incorporate shoulder and neck stretches throughout your day
- Keep your shoulder blades back when looking at your phone, tablet or laptop
