Daylight Saving Time is your gentle reminder that even one hour can shift everything. ⏰✨

When the clocks change, your internal clock has to adjust too. That small shift can affect sleep, mood, focus, and energy levels — especially if your nervous system is already running on empty.

Here are a few simple ways to support your body through the transition:

🌿 Go to bed 15–30 minutes earlier a few nights before and after the change
🌿 Get morning sunlight as soon as possible to reset your circadian rhythm
🌿 Limit caffeine late in the day
🌿 Create a calming wind-down routine (think magnesium baths, breathwork, or sound therapy)
🌿 Stay hydrated and nourish your body with whole foods

Remember: your body thrives on rhythm. When the external clock shifts, it’s okay to slow down and give yourself a little extra grace.

MIND, BODY & SOUL: The mind and body connection means that our thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and attitudes can positively or negatively affect our biological functioning. In other words, our minds can affect how healthy our bodies are and our body reflects our inner being. The soul is the intertwining of the mind and the heart. It is made up of all of our knowing, believing, and a true representation of who we are on the inside.

WELL-BEING is the experience of health, happiness, and prosperity. It includes having good mental health, high life satisfaction, and a sense of meaning or purpose.

Our Studio is a safe place for the whole person to rest, relax, rejuvenate, grow and heal (mind, body & soul).
