Keystone Pointe continued celebrating our National Nursing Home Week theme of "Game Shows and Comfy Clothes" with a life-sized version of the classic game Operation on Friday!

Thanks to the creativity of our Maintenance Director, Sorin, residents and staff put their hands and sharp focus to the test while trying to remove the oversized "ailments" without setting off the big buzzer nose. The competition was fierce, the laughs were loud and the smiles were nonstop!

A big congratulations to John and Connie, whose calm nerves and surgeon-levels skills earned them the top spots. Among the prizes were their very own Operation board game for a couple lucky people!

Happy Nursing Home Week from everyone at Keystone Pointe! 🎉

This week, our residents and staff are celebrating with a fun-filled theme of “Game Shows And Comfy Clothes”-and today's star of the show was definitely Family Feud!

Residents teamed up to create their own survey answers while Activity Director Amanda channeled her inner Richard Dawson/Steve Harvey and kept everyone laughing. Between the friendly competition, plenty of smiles and a delicious lunch of pulled chicken sandwiches, potato salad, watermelon and sweets, it was a great reminder that joy, connection and a little silliness are just as important as care.

When it’s National Nursing Home Week, you gotta go ALL OUT! 🎉

Thanks to the big imagination of our Activities Director and the incredible skills of our Maintenance team, our residents got to enjoy a life-size Operation Game with a fun Keystone twist… including the hilarious underpants addition!

A huge shoutout to Sorin, Katie, and Dave Lowe for bringing this giant game to life and creating such a memorable experience for our residents. Our “Game Shows & Cozy Clothes” theme has been an absolute hit, filled with laughter, teamwork, and BIG fun all around!

Florence came to Keystone Pointe for short-term rehab, and we’re so happy to share that she went home this weekend! 💜

During her stay, Florence enjoyed the food—especially having a variety of options to choose from on our alternative menu. She also shared that therapists Ashley and Lindsey truly stood out, helping her every step of the way.

Florence expressed heartfelt gratitude for our nursing team, especially Helen, who made her feel comfortable and cared for with a wonderful shower experience.

When asked if she would return if she ever needed rehab again, Florence didn’t hesitate, she said she definitely would.

We’re so proud to have been part of your journey, Florence. Wishing you all the best at home!

We had such a fun day at Keystone Pointe for our Craft & Plant Sale!

We loved welcoming our friends from The Elms Assisted Living who stopped by to shop and spend time with us. Thank you for being part of our day!

Our residents Justin and Judy had a great time checking everything out, and we couldn’t have done it without our amazing volunteer Brenda helping make it all happen.

So many smiles, great finds, and a little bit of everything for everyone. Days like this are what it’s all about!
