First Choice Women's Center provides compassion, hope and help to women facing unplanned pregnancies. Please call to schedule an appointment.

First Choice Women's Center of LaGrange can offer you the following services free of charge:

•Pregnancy Tests
•Limited Ultrasound
•Abortion Education
•Abortion Recovery Support
•Adoption Referrals and Support
•Sexual Health Education
•Material Resources: Maternity and Baby Clothes, Formula and Diapers
•Parenting Classes and Support
•STD Information

All of our services are free and confidential.
