I grew up dealing with anxiety… it manifested in many different ways. But even as a little girl, I had a strong sense that I was never rejected by Love.

At various points in my life there have beautiful shifts, moments of surrender to let the Love-light in. To give up shame and receive forgiveness. To forgive.

And through the mistakes & broken places,
pure gold is poured in. ✨

I remember being a young lady and dealing with a lot of anxiety, not always in the healthiest way. Rooted offers some insights that I’ve learned over the years that have helped me to daily tackle feelings of anxiety.

It comes down to being rooted and grounded in love.

I love learning, and for anyone who enjoys reading and studying on their own, this is a great opportunity to dive in to insights of various body systems, somatic practices, + herbal preparations.

Taking a class can be a way of challenging yourself and being accountable.

The Rooted course will be accessible online for a year, and there are a variety of downloads to print off for future reference.
