Recently, we transitioned to a new medical record system through Epic. As we adjust to this new system, you may notice slightly longer wait times, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding during this transition.
Please know that while our technology is changing, our commitment to personalized care, compassion, and attention to each patient has not changed at all.
You may be wondering why we made this transition. By moving to the Epic platform, we are now better connected with Wellstar providers. This change also allows our patients to access MyChart, where you can view your appointments, billing information, and communicate with our office regarding medication refills, questions, concerns, and much more. These improvements help our team at LaGrange Internal Medicine coordinate your care more efficiently while continuing to provide exceptional healthcare.
We also want to reassure our patients that we have not been bought out. We are still LaGrange Internal Medicine, and we remain independently owned and dedicated to serving our community.
