Is yoga really accessible? Not so much. Is it now moving just for the fit, healthy, wealthy community?! We hope not. How do we offer yoga to more people…. We are more than just a yoga studio ~ we care and are working to step into making yoga accessible for all communities.

🏝️🧘🏼‍♀️🧘🏽‍♂️Last month I had the opportunity to teach yoga again to the top 20 deaf influencers in North America. I love this community and will continue to keep learning and growing in ways so that yoga can be more inclusive. May we all start to think a little outside the box.

Tuesdays • 7pm-8pm 🌟 lead by the talented duo & 🌟

This gentle but deep class will take you to angelic realms preparing you for a peaceful slumber.
Yin yoga is an opportunity to go deeper into your body. We will move into postures and hold for 3-5 minutes. As you hold the postures, we will offer sound healing through various relaxing instruments. 🥁 🪈🪘
