Join Kat for a grounding and heart opening session with cacao. We will share a special ceremonial drinking cacao from South America. Cacao activates a sense of warmth and contentment, creating a harmonious the and joyful connection with self and others. We will touch on the origins of this gentle plant ally and journey into connection with with the spirit - or energy - of the cacao through a guided meditation, gentle movement, and music.

This is a moment to pause, center, connect and be in a loving and joyful space. Pre-register for event in advance.
