✨Reiki Level I & II Certification Combo✨

Reiki Trainings will include:
Reiki Level I Training:
Learn the essence and history of Reiki.
The nature of Reiki energy:What is Reiki and how it works.
Reiki principles and Code of Ethics.
Reiki hand positions for self and for others.
Hands on Practice.

Reiki Level 2:
Learning the 3 pillars of Reiki; how to connect and use your intuition.

Activating the use of 3 powerful symbols which will support empowerment, mental/emotional and distant/absent healing.

Learn different methods to send distant healing.

Learn the proper flow of a traditional Reiki session. How to open and close a session.

After your attunement to these sacred symbols, healing will be taken to another level as you learn and practice applying them on yourself and others. This class is simply transformational.

The cost for Level 2 Reiki Training includes course material, semi-private group training, and training certificate. Register online or via our mobile app.

Happy International Women’s Day • long ago, before being a mom and opening a yoga studio, I worked in fair trade. I still do. This day has special meaning for me. From my work with in Africa (which I still do as an order arrives at this week from Tanzania to fill the boutique shop of with their artisan creations)… today, I am proud to be a woman.

To my little girls, I love you.

To all the amazing women and moms who teach with us , I love and respect you.
Let’s keep raising the energy field!

Ashtanga Yoga Workshop with Leanne.🧘🏻‍♀️✨During this workshop will give a brief history of the Ashtanga Yoga method including theory, asanas and their vinyasa count, mantras, and how to get started with a daily asana practice. 🙏🏽

This workshop will include a theory section and a physical yoga practice.

Open to all levels, from complete beginners to seasoned practitioners.
