Reiki Training ✨

Beginning this month, I’ll be teaching Reiki at the magical Four Moons Spa in Encinitas. After a year of leading monthly tea ceremonies in this serene space, it feels so aligned and natural to deepen my work here and share my teachings.

Reiki is a Japanese healing art — gentle, grounding and deeply supportive in all aspects of life. During this training, you will learn how to understand and sense energy, protect your own energy field, stay resourced while showing up for others, and build a strong, steady energetic relationship with yourself.

While everyone can benefit from this training, it’s especially supportive for moms, massage therapists, birth workers, estheticians, fellow practitioners and teachers, and anyone who is sensitive and spends a lot of time with and around other people.

Saturday, February 28th | 10am—4pm

Saturday, March 28th | 10am—6pm

Class sizes are limited to 6 to preserve the integrity of the energy and the teachings.

Over the years, I’ve had the deep honor of leading hundreds of Cha Dao tea ceremonies. Each one held by collective presence, shared breath, and the quiet magic that unfolds when we gather with intention. There is something so powerful about sitting in community — about feeling the field created when many hearts arrive together.

And… there is also a very different kind of potency that lives in a 1:1 container.

While I continue to offer weekly group tea ceremonies in my home and monthly , I’m feeling a clear call to open the door to private 1:1 ceremonies for those who wish to go deeper. For those who want to feel even more seen, held, and met exactly where they are.

If you’ve ever sat with me, you know my tea ceremonies are unique and involve deep energetic work — often intuitive, often channeled, always guided by what’s present. These private containers are spacious, intentional, and deeply supportive… a place to receive exactly what you need most.

For four days, we’ll gather in the high desert — where time slows and subtle shifts happen naturally through presence, ceremony, and connection.

Early May in Joshua Tree brings warm days, cool nights, blooming earth, and vast open skies, creating the perfect conditions for inner alchemy: softening what’s been tight, quieting what’s been loud, and remembering what’s true.

As this year gently comes to a close, my heart is filled with deep gratitude and also reverence for all that this year has held. For many of us, it has been a tender and challenging season, marked by transitions, change and even loss.

This year, I said goodbye to my dad, while also navigating shifts in my business and having to stand in my power with strong energetic boundaries. I know so many of you have been moving through your own versions of this — letting go, re-rooting, and learning how to meet life as it is.

Through it all, I am profoundly grateful. Grateful for every beautiful soul who joined me in community for a session, a sound bath, a tea ceremony, a Reiki training, or a retreat. It has been an honor to hold space for you, to walk alongside you, and to witness the resilience, softness, and light that continues to shine even in uncertain times. These shared moments of presence and connection have been a true gift and anchor for me.

My intention is always to create a space where you feel truly seen, deeply held, and gently inspired — where you can soften, remember yourself, and return to what matters most.

As I turn toward the new year, I’m feeling inspired by what’s unfolding. I’m lovingly creating new intentional offerings for 2026, including self-paced online trainings and courses and more opportunities to connect, learn, and grow together in accessible, nourishing ways.

Thank you for being here, for your trust, and for your willingness to keep choosing light, even when the path feels tender or unclear. From my heart to yours, I’m so grateful—and I look forward to what we’ll create together next 🫶🏼

We’ll gather for a heart-opening Cha Dao tea ceremony, an invitation to slow time, soften the mind and listen for the quiet guidance of your higher self. A moment to attune your energy, receive clarity and gently align with what’s calling you forward.

From there, we’ll move into soulful journal prompts guided by , grounding your visions and intentions — anchoring them into the body, the breath and the becoming.

We’ll close with an optional walk to Fisherman’s Cove to watch the very first sunset of the new year together — an offering of presence, beauty and shared intention.

There is something profoundly sacred about holding space for others — creating a nurturing container where they can soften, exhale, and return to themselves.

Working with energy, sound and vibration is such a sacred responsibility that I never take lightly. These frequencies move where words cannot, inviting healing, harmony, balance, and deep inner peace.

To share my medicine in a way that feels true and aligned for me means that those who feel called to this work arrive in alignment too. And I’m always amazed by the souls who are brought to me — the synchronicities, the timing, the divine orchestration of it all.

Every heart I meet reaffirms why I do this work.
