I have TWO SPOTS left for Spring Grow.

If you’ve been following me for a little bit, you obviously know what Grow is. We get really consistent in our hydration, sleep, eating, movement, breathing, and stress regulation. It’s a chance to take real, sustainable steps toward your best self in a community that truly values and cherishes those things.

You can do this fully online from anywhere, or plug into it in person. We’ve got daily check-ins on Volley, bi-monthly Zooms, and monthly meetups to stay connected and keep you moving forward.

If you’ve been thinking about this for a while, your time is now.

Just the other day in class I was talking with Keith about his experience in Grow.

He’s down over 30 pounds!
But what stood out more… his sleep has completely changed.

And that’s how this works.

You start making small, consistent shifts—hydration, nutrition, movement, breathing, stress—and they all start reinforcing each other.

It’s not one thing. It’s the system.

Really proud of the work he’s put in over these last three months.

This is truly one of my favorite nights of the entire year. The whole community in one place, celebrating a year of hard work, commitment, and each other.

We’re bringing back the world-famous Tacos Chihuahua 🌮 ($15 a head) and turning it into a true community night—partners, families., etc.

Even if you’ve only ever come to one class, you’re part of this. You’re part of what makes this community special.
