If you are fearful, do it anyways. If you are not confident, do it anyways. If you say you can't, do it anyways.

In time, as you get out of your comfort zone, you won't be fearful, you will be filled with faith. The more you do it anyways, the confidence will come. And eventually, Your words will be "I CAN AND I WILL ! "

This is a time that most people reflect on the past year they had. In your reflection, find that one thing you did NOT do last year. Without judgement and the xcuses and/or the stories around why, or why not.

And put it top of your list for 2025💫🌟✨️

Self control is necessary for Spiritual growth. Allow karma to fix it otherwise you might end up in jail 😝 Calmness is self mastery. Having emotional intelligence and gaining wisdom in situations that are non of your business. Stay true to yourself first. See how the Divine works things in your favor. Focus your energy inward. Letting go of the circumstances around you and around our chaotic world. Step into your greatness within you and be the light. But the light does not walk with the dark. Don't be fooled by those that say this s**t. There's no need for the balance of these two polarities. Just be the light💫

Jesus said we are the light of the world and the darkness does not comprehend this light 🌟

We are suppose to feel good in our bodies. The body and the mind are in constant communication with one another. If your body is sick check in with your mind. Your thoughts. If the body has an injury check in with your heart. What are you holding unto that needs to be released? Are you angry, sad, depressed, stressed? All of these will show up in your body. So the next time you are sick or you are injured, instead of running to the doctor for a quick fix(sometimes not so quick) I challenge you to sit in meditation and ask your body why is it sick. Learn to communicate with your body and your mind.

It's our divine birth right to be healthy mind, body and soul. Do you believe that?

"Stop allowing people who do not love themselves to define what is loveable about you"-

Camel pose physical benefits; Neck stretching may stimulate the thyroid and parathyroid glands by improving blood circulation and lymphatic flow in the neck region. Helps aid in regulating your thyroid hormone which is also connected to your weight gain.

Camel pose will also open your throat, eye and crown chakras. Accessing the upper chakras in order to connect with the Divine part of yourself.

Be mindful when attempting this pose. It's seriously deep. Especially when there is a raging ocean next to you 😝 lol and your on pointed rocks underneath your knees. Oooh la la baby ! Here I go again outside my comfort zone. Wahe guru 🤍😉
