Achy knees and want to do yoga?
“Easy seat” not really easy of comfortable?us has got you covered🌈🎉

I met the sweetest mom and daughter team at the Laguna Beach yoga festival this weekend.

This is a simple ingenious invention where you could do your flow and when you need to kneel down
Or enjoy child’s pose
Or a seated pose etc, you have that extra comfort you always love. No blanket required.

And so user friendly — it rolls up right with your mat! Yep easy peasy.💯

I was so thrilled for these new entrepreneurs. I wanted to share it with all of my Yoga Teacher friends and students as when we enter and beyond my little mat can be your new best friend!🤗

What if this week wasn’t about getting it together, but about softening what’s been holding you tight?

Let’s break down what’s really happening in your body when you’re caught in the burnout cycle ⬇️

🌪️ Phase 1: Overwhelmed.
You start feeling swamped, stretched thin, and like there’s never enough time or energy to keep up.

🛑 Phase 2: Shutdown.
Your system protects itself by withdrawing — you feel emotionally flat, disconnected, or numb.

🌱 Phase 3: Recovery.
You start to feel balanced again — grounded, lighter, and ready to re-engage with life.

⚡ Phase 4: Overcommitment.
You get a burst of energy and suddenly say “yes” to everything… which can quietly restart the cycle.

You’re not broken — your nervous system is just trying to protect you. Healing means learning to pause before your body forces you to.

So often, we think of rest as simply sleep — something we have to “earn” after pushing through the day.
But true rest is deeper than that.

It’s found in the moments when you pause the constant output — energy, emotion, or attention — and allow your system to reset.

✨ Rest is saying no when you’re stretched thin.
✨ It’s logging off when your mind feels overstimulated.
✨ It’s giving yourself permission to just be — without guilt.

When you begin to honor all the ways your body and mind restore balance, rest becomes an act of healing, not just recovery.

Standing among the sacred ruins in Peru, I felt the deep pulse of the Earth beneath my feet — ancient, steady, and alive.

There was a quiet strength in the stones, a reminder that no matter how much I evolve or travel, everything begins and returns to the same source — the ground that holds us.

We felt a quiet, but powerful energy and thoroughly enjoyed our time learning about the Temple of the Moon ruins.

This week’s mindfulness exploration is Prthvī— the element of Earth.

She represents stability, nourishment, and the foundation we build everything upon.

As you move through your week, I invite you to explore how PrthvÄŤ shows up in your life.

Notice the moments that ground you —
a deep breath,
a walk in nature,
the feeling of being fully supported.

🌿 Intention: Root before you rise.
When you feel unsteady, pause feel the Earth beneath you.  She is always there — reminding you that you are safe, supported, and whole.
