Ocean water contains salt, detoxifies the skin, reduces swelling, treats wounds, and helps balances its pH.

The sea also has a calming effect that boosts mood and improves mental health. The lull of the waves, both sound, and sight, puts the mind into a mild meditative state, says NBC News. Combined with the warmth and fresh ocean air, the result is hypnotic and calming.

So hit the beach this weekend! Doctors orders!

Looking for a natural stress reliever? Try kissing. Research has shown kissing is linked to lower stress levels and cholesterol levels, another stress marker linked to cortisol production.

Kissing can help release oxytocin, which is crucial in reducing stress.

This eBook on Breast Implant Illness will be offered on Amazon Kindle very soon. Most women undergoing augmentation do not have issues, but it is very troublesome for those who do.

BII has no officially accepted medical diagnosis, so patients and doctors must look at the cluster of symptoms that point to health issues that point toward this condition. If you have silicone implants, an MRI can detect leakage.

Like all medical devices, implants have strict guidelines and undergo improvements, but implants have a recommended shelf life. If your implants are older than 10 years, consider replacing them.

If you think you are suffering from Breast Implant Illness, please private message me and I will send you a complimentary copy of my eBook.

Frequent questions about breast implants are about the difference between silicone and saline implants. Here are some common ones I address with my patients:

⭐ What are the differences, and what is the same? First, both silicone and saline implants have silicone shell. Saline is filled to size with sterile saline water during surgery. Silicone implants have a pre-sized silicone gel filling, so the patient and doctor must decide the size and style before surgery so that the correct ones will be implanted on surgery day.
⭐ Pros and cons. Silicone implants are said to look and feel more natural and offer more choices in shape and texture. Fewer women with saline implants report the symptoms of Breast Implant Illness.
Silicone implants tend to hold their shape if ruptured, whereas saline implants deflate.
⭐ Is one better than the other? This is a subjective measure that comes down to personal preference.

What other questions can I answer for you?

We celebrate the beginning of spring with a celebration commemorating the centuries-old holiday of Nowruz - the Persian New Year. Nowruz translates to "new day" and symbolizes revival and renewal. The two-week festival typically includes food, dancing, singing & poetry.

Some 300 million people celebrate the Persian New Year, observed for 3,000 years in different regions.
