If your day looks like this… no water, no water, no water… then suddenly chugging a full bottle 💧
You are not alone. But that pattern is not doing you any favors.
When you wait until you are really thirsty and then drink a lot at once, your body does not get the chance to use it as efficiently.
Hydration is about consistency.
Drink smaller amounts throughout the day and stay ahead of your thirst instead of trying to catch up!
