0900: I’ve spent most of these past years hustling hard (cognitively, physically, emotionally). I never regret one moment, experience, or interaction I have with any one person. I chose to teach nursing because I was different as a student & sometimes life pulls you in the direction to help others in areas that may NOT be your strong suit but it is because you are relatable and have empathy. I remember all my teachers (good, bad, questionable) and I laugh because I now see how invested I become in the lives of my students and their future that I probably never took time to communicate it as well as I could have. Crazy thought is now I have a little girl who leans on me and I am just learning to communicate better, to my baby, my babe, friends, family, students, and anyone really. What did your work week/ life teach you about yourself recently?

17:20 | Hi friends! I must thank .georgie and their team for helping me realize what an unconventional path I’ve taken to be where I am today. It is an honor to be part of this new blog series that aims to empower women! I hope one day when my daughter is old enough to surf the web, she will have the opportunity to read it and see that mama was a big dreamer who chose the winding road over ease, but she was always living her best life and I can do the same if not more. ☀️

We understand 2020 has been quite a transition for many individuals and their loved ones. 08:30 Nurses Week Giveaway Yay
I recently had a fine conversation with and we shared our individual experiences from the Eastcoast to Westside on how it feels to be in the frontlines. .
We both agreed what an honor is has been to be a and how we mutually respect our fellow nurses fighting not only for our patients, but within the walls of their own home as a father, mother, brother, sister, grandmother, and more.
With the help of our friends we were able to send some love from OC to NY & provide with an avenue for emotional and physical de-stress! Happy new Fightcamp gym babe!

20:45 | Why a skin GIVEAWAY?
The nerd in me has to give you a rationale. Your epithelial layer protects the surface of your entire body. Aka, your “skin” does this by utilizing sensory receptors, absorption, diffusion, and excretion.
If I had to do it all over again, I probably would’ve gone back and washed my face a bit more with soap and moisturizer, wore sunscreen, and unfriended the sun on occasions.
All my life I leaned on a water splash & gentle wash. If I felt a blemish forming- kudos to the left over alcohol swabs in my scrub pockets I’d use to wipe right over the huge zit I was about to get. Woohoo! .

Hey guys,
My goal was to have all the deets ready and prepared for Nurses Week.
I have had ED shifts, Zoom meetings for days, and it’s probably the last thing you ever wanted to see or hear about.
First off we love you! We appreciate you! We adore you! Clearly we all need help with

When this experience of has played it's part in the lives of every single individual, I look forward to seeing how courageous and authentic people become.

We don't have to know everything all at once. We can heal after we have learned. Maybe silence will bring forth the greatest communicators.
