Wondering if your baby can (or should) be sleeping “through the night”? 💤

While some babies may sleep “through the night” earlier than others, it’s quite normal for many babies to continue having night wakings and feedings throughout their first 6-12 months of life.

And, let’s remind ourselves what “sleeping through the night” even means! According to Stanford, a 6 hour stretch of sleep is considered sleeping through the night! Does that surprise you?
