At our restaurant, Vine at Ivy, we take great pride in following the 90/10 principle — 90% of our dishes are crafted entirely in house, with only 10% utilizing pre-prepared ingredients.

The butternut squash soup pictured here is a prime example of our commitment to quality. The stock is made from scratch, and the squash is hand-cut and roasted in our kitchen, ensuring every bowl is rich in flavor and freshness.
