Minerals often don't get the attention they deserve - and they are absolutely essential to how we look and feel every day!
Symptoms like hair thinning, muscle cramps, fatigue, brain fog, and tooth decay could be your body's way of waving a red flag.
The best way to get your minerals is of course, from whole foods. Think leafy greens, nuts, seeds, legumes, and quality proteins - nature's way of keeping you balanced and thriving.

The Anatomy of Snoring: When you enter deep sleep, your throat muscles relax, potentially causing an obstruction in your airway and vibrating the tissues as you breathe. The intensity of the vibration and sound depends on the degree of airway obstruction and the force of breathing.

The TMJs are among the most frequently used joints in your body. Every day, they absorb a tremendous amount of repetitive mechanical force. A holistic, biological approach to your dental needs

Dr. Angham (Ann) Abdulla provides effective and affordable biological dental care for those in Orange County. Dr. Abdulla is committed to delivering personalized care, working with every patient to develop a holistic treatment plan emphasizing prevention and the use of non-toxic and minimally invasive treatments.

Dr. Abdulla’s compassionate approach to healing is inspired both by her past volunteer work in dentistry, both during her education at Loma Linda University School of Dentistry and afterward, but also by her family.

Dr. Ann’s father and sister both suffered from severe sleep apnea, and her commitment to finding a solution for her family led her to become one of a handful of doctors trained and board certified in the field of dental sleep medicine.
