I see this every day in the clinic: People in their 40s and 50s who think their backs are "blown out" because they feel stiff after a day at the office.

Usually, the back is perfectly fine, i’s just acting as a "Safety Brace" because the brain doesn't trust the data coming from the eyes.

I’m showing you a simple Level 1 "Reset" in this video to check your own signals.

If your toe-touch improves in 10 seconds, you don't need more "stretching." You need better regulation.

Update: 6 spots are gone. Exactly 4 remain for our Founder group. Join the movement here: https://tinyurl.com/2n7uf6hr

Usually, it's because your neck is being a "good soldier." It’s doing the heavy lifting because another part of the system, likely your breathing, has checked out.

In the clinic, I don't "fix" the neck. I reboot the system so the neck doesn't HAVE to work so hard.

I'm looking for the last 5 people who are ready to see their bodies differently.

Level 1 Founders are 50% full. Claim one of the final 5 spots here: https://tinyurl.com/2n7uf6hr

One of the most frustrating things people with chronic pain hear is:

“Try harder.”
“Exercise more.”
“Push through it.”

That advice assumes the problem is motivation.

But many people in chronic pain are already trying incredibly hard.

What’s often missing isn’t effort, it’s clarity.

When you finally understand how your body responds to different inputs, things start to make sense and progress begins to hold.

If you’re curious about that process, Founding Access to the Misunderstood Body experience is available through the link in my bio.

Most people try to fix tightness by focusing only on muscles.

But the nervous system organizes the body based on sensory information: vision, balance, and proprioception.

When those inputs change, the brain can sometimes reorganize movement and reduce tension very quickly.

This is why some resets create immediate changes even though they don’t directly target the painful area.

If you’re curious how this works, I’ve put together the Misunderstood Body Reset Experience to help people explore these ideas.

Medically retired at 36 and wheelchair-bound, I saw countless doctors. Nothing explained my body's issues. The breakthrough wasn't a new treatment, but a way to test my body's responses. Everything started to click.

Something can help your pain without actually solving the problem.

Heat.
Stretching.
Massage.
Rest.

All of these can create temporary relief.

But relief alone doesn’t mean the body reorganized in a way that prevents the pain from coming back.

That’s why so many people end up in cycles where things improve… and then reset.

Learning how to recognize the difference between temporary relief and real change is where progress starts.

Being told your scans are fine while you still hurt can make you question everything.

Your body. Your effort. Your sanity.

Clarity removes that doubt.

If you’re not ready to give up, founding access is available. Link is in my bio.

If you’ve tried stretching, strengthening, PT, chiropractic, bodywork and you’re still stuck in chronic pain , I understand.
I was medically retired at 36.

Wheelchair.
Thirty six doctors.
It wasn’t that nothing worked.

It was that no one gave me a way to test what was actually helping.

So I kept chasing symptoms.

Most people don’t need more random exercises.

They need structure.

If that resonates, founding access is open.

If your pain constantly moves—neck one month, hip the next—and doctors can't pinpoint the cause, you're not alone. I tried 30+ doctors, but relief was always temporary. The missing piece was a way to truly test what was driving the pain. So, I built the system I needed.

When progress doesn’t hold, most people blame themselves.

They assume they need more discipline, more consistency, more effort.

But if you don’t know where to start, you end up chasing everything.

Stretching. Strengthening. Treatment. Temporary improvement. Reset.

That’s not a motivation issue.

It’s a sequencing issue.

I’m organizing this clearly inside Misunderstood Body.

Imaging measures structure, not coordination, protection, or pattern. You can have normal structure with dysfunctional organization, explaining why nothing shows up but things still feel wrong. This crucial point is often missed.

Pain that migrates is usually misunderstood.
When one area improves and another flares, it’s rarely coincidence.
Most approaches treat the loudest symptom.

Very few address the pattern organizing the tension.

That’s why improvement doesn’t always last.

I’m building a structured way to make this clear.
