Melt Hand and Foot Workshop with Chiara Reese
MELT is a science-backed, hands-off self-care practice that works beneath the surface — targeting your nervous system and connective tissue (fascia) to reduce chronic aches and pains, calm the nervous system, improve joint stability, and restore your body's natural ability to heal itself.
Using soft rollers and small balls, MELT simulates therapeutic bodywork techniques combined with breathwork and mindful movement to help you feel better in your body — from the inside out.
MELT is not stretching. It's not a workout. And it's not typical foam rolling. It's a gentle, restorative practice anyone can do at any age or fitness level — and the perfect complement to the active lifestyle you already live.
Benefits include:
Reduced aches, pain, and stiffness
Calmed nervous system and reduced stress
Improved flexibility, stability, and joint mobility
Better sleep and recovery
Increased body awareness and sensorimotor control
Whether you're an athlete looking for a performance edge, recovering from the demands of daily life, or simply want to move through the world with less pain — MELT gives your body the reset it needs.
Think of it as prehab, so you never have to rehab
About the Instructor
Chiara Reese discovered the MELT Method during a pivotal chapter of her life—when physical therapy increased her pain, medications didn’t feel right, and surgery was one of the few options on the table. At her first MELT workshop in Los Angeles, she felt unexpected relief—something she hadn’t experienced in a long time. That moment marked a shift from managing pain to regulating her nervous system and truly supporting her body from the inside out.
Now, years later and a mother of four, Chiara shares MELT from lived experience—offering a gentle, realistic way to feel better in your body.
