Healthy Aging Center: Laguna Woods is committed to providing quality adult day services that promote physical, mental and social health amongst our participants. We strive to provide the best personalized care for individuals of varied ages and levels of need while also providing respite services for their caregivers. Our Services Include:

Recreational & Social Activities
We offer a variety of da

ily activities including games, arts and crafts, musical performances and more. Nutritious Meals
Our healthy meal plan includes breakfast, lunch and an afternoon snack. On-Site Gym Facilities
We offer a variety of exercise options to assist you with reaching or maintaining your physical goals. Social Services & Support
Our social workers are here to help our participants as well as their caregivers. Licensed Nursing Care
Our skilled nursing staff provide supervision, medication management and personal care. Transportation
