Bacon đŸ„“ wrapped dates are one of my favorite appetizers but the original version isn’t exactly supporting your goals.

So I made a swap that tastes just as good.

Turkey instead of bacon. A third of the date instead of a whole one. And protein cream cheese stuffed in the middle to round it out.

This is what sustainable fat loss actually looks like. You don’t have to cut out the foods you love. You just have to get a little creative with how you build them. Small swaps like this add up without making you feel like you’re missing out on anything.

That’s the difference between a plan you white-knuckle through for 6 weeks and one you can actually stick with for life. Your body doesn’t need perfection. It needs consistency with foods you actually enjoy eating.

What’s a food you’d love a healthier version of? Drop it below and I might make it next.

Fat loss isn’t cute.

I ate cold broccoli out of a plastic bag today because I needed fiber with my meal and that’s what I had. No meal prep container. No aesthetic plate. Just me, a bag of broccoli, and zero shame.

And this isn’t even my best one. I once ate cold fish and green beans out of Tupperware on a party boat weeks before my bikini show. Everyone else was drinking and having a good time. I was in the corner with my sad little container knowing exactly why I was doing it.

Here’s what nobody tells you about getting results: it’s not about motivation. It’s about being willing to do the unsexy, weird, slightly embarrassing thing because you know it matters.

You won’t always love it. But you’ll get used to it. And eventually? You’ll stop caring what it looks like.

I dare you to one up me. What’s the weirdest thing you’ve ever done to stay on track with your health goals?
Tell me your weirdest one. Comment below. đŸ‘‡đŸŒ -

Your nervous system has a priority list and fat loss isn’t on it. đŸ˜±

When your body is stuck in fight or flight, it has one mission: keep you alive.

That means everything else gets put on hold. Your hormones. Your digestion. Your fertility. Even building muscle. đŸ’ȘđŸŒ

So that perfect meal plan you’re following? Those supplements you’re taking? The workouts you’re crushing? Your body literally can’t use them right now. Not because they’re wrong. Because your nervous system hasn’t gotten the memo that you’re safe.

This is why you can do “all the right things” and still feel stuck. It’s not a discipline problem. It’s a nervous system problem.

I see this all the time with the women I work with. They come to me exhausted đŸ„± , frustrated đŸ˜© , doing everything “right” and getting nowhere. And the missing piece is almost always this: their body is too busy surviving to actually heal.

What’s one thing that helps YOUR nervous system feel safe? Drop it below.

And if you want the full guide to resetting your nervous system, comment SAFE and I’ll send it straight to your DMs.

Anyone else?

Bloated after every meal, undigested food in your stool, and your doctor says you’re fine. Love that for us. 🙃

Okay but real talk. Let’s go through this together.

That heavy, uncomfortable fullness after eating where it feels like food is just
sitting there? The burping, the stomach spasms, the cramping that hits during or right after a meal? That’s not just “your digestion.” That’s your body practically yelling that something deeper is going on.

And then there’s the stuff you’re probably not telling anyone about. The stool that smells so bad you’re mortified if someone walks into the bathroom after you. The diarrhea that shows up out of nowhere. Running to the bathroom within an hour of eating. Looking down and seeing actual undigested food in your stool.

I know. It’s a lot. And I also know you’ve probably been quietly dealing with this for way too long because nobody takes it seriously.

So here’s what most women do: they start cutting foods. Gluten, dairy, FODMAPs, whatever the internet tells them this week. And maybe it helps for a few days before everything comes right back. That’s because removing foods doesn’t fix WHY your gut stopped working properly in the first place.

When you actually address the root (the gut bacteria, the gut lining, the stress response that’s quietly slowing everything down), these symptoms don’t just get “managed.” They go away.

That spreadsheet in this video is a real client’s symptom tracker. Every single one of those symptoms decreased. Not from another elimination diet. From fixing what was actually broken underneath.

If this sounds like your body right now, comment “GUT” and I’ll send you my free guide on the biggest gut trigger most doctors won’t talk about.
