Erin came to us not because she lacked discipline…
but because she felt disconnected from herself.

She wanted more than a smaller waist or toned arms. She wanted to feel confident again. To show up fully in her day-to-day life. To enjoy dating. Golfing. Sporting events. Living… without food noise or blood sugar crashes running the show.

At the start, she didn’t see herself as “goal-oriented.”
She needed support when progress felt slow. Reassurance when her body didn’t respond overnight. Someone to remind her that nothing was wrong with her.

And that’s exactly where the work began.

Over time, she didn’t just change her body.
She rebuilt trust with it.

The Year of the Snake felt accurate to me.

The most difficult year of my life thus far. So painful and frustrating, I could never fully recover before the next challenging event occurred.

In all of that, I put one foot in front of the other and kept moving forward. Even if it felt like pulling teeth. I kept walking, even though I was walking in circles. I smiled even through I felt dead inside. I kept moving, even though I wasn’t moving forward.

This year forced me to slow down after running fast for 9.

I’m not sure if the lessons are done lessoning yet, but I hear next year should be much better (astrologically speaking). Even though I’m not sure if I believe in any of that stuff, what you believe eventually becomes your reality.

So, I’m gonna believe this next year will be my BEST one yet.

Every year I pick 1 word to live by for the following year.

My 2026 WORD came to me accidentally when I took 1 g of mushrooms 🍄 instead of a working micro dose of .10g 😅😅😅

The word was SIMPLICE. This means SIMPLE in Italian. And yes, the word did come to me in Italian instead of English, which is strange ( and a sign ).

So, you best know my ass is going back to Italy to live a simple life until I find the clarity I’m looking for.

Most people don’t need to buy half the health food store to eat in a way that supports their goals.

They just need clarity around the food they already have.

One of the things I love most in my business is creating LIVE 💻 meal plans with clients, based on the food they already have in their house and the food they actually want to eat.

I love proving to women that fun foods can fit.
I love asking, “What do you want?” and then showing them how to make it work.
And I love teaching the why and how so food stops feeling confusing or stressful.

Because of that, I’ve been thinking about offering something new. Before I launch it publicly, I want to see if this would genuinely support you.

Here’s the idea:

We hop on a Zoom 💻 call together and build your meals LIVE using the food you already have in your house.

Not a PDF. Not a generic plan.

Your real life. Your preferences. Your goals.

We use MyFitnessPal together. I explain why we’re choosing what we’re choosing, how to swap foods, how to hit protein without obsessing, and by the end you walk away knowing how to feed yourself with confidence.

This is one of my favorite things I do with private clients because it removes the guessing, the overthinking, and the “am I doing this right?” feeling around food.

All I wanted was a smutty dream 😭

Can’t believe my dream self knew how many carbs were in one zebra cake 🤣

I don’t know about you, but I feel like snacks like that should be banned in school.

Can you imagine what school performance would look like if all the kids at Mediterranean?! 😱🤯

Also, why is there no nutrition class in the schooling system?

Something along the lines of eating and cooking according to how to fuel your body?

It almost seems like the schooling system/public lunch options, are setting kids up to fail.

Anyways, I’ll end it there.
