Bacon đ„ wrapped dates are one of my favorite appetizers but the original version isnât exactly supporting your goals.
So I made a swap that tastes just as good.
Turkey instead of bacon. A third of the date instead of a whole one. And protein cream cheese stuffed in the middle to round it out.
This is what sustainable fat loss actually looks like. You donât have to cut out the foods you love. You just have to get a little creative with how you build them. Small swaps like this add up without making you feel like youâre missing out on anything.
Thatâs the difference between a plan you white-knuckle through for 6 weeks and one you can actually stick with for life. Your body doesnât need perfection. It needs consistency with foods you actually enjoy eating.
