⭐️FLEX FRIDAY⭐️ Meet Sarah!

Sarah moved here in the middle of 2024 from New Jersey 🌆. She graduated from Rowan University with a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science with a concentration in Sport’s Psychology 🎓. During undergrad, she worked as a Physical Therapist’s aide for over three years 🏥. During her time as an aide, she gained experience working with children with neurological disorders 🧠, pre- and post-operation adults 💪, adults with cancer 🎗️, as well as professional athletes 🏆. In high school, Sarah worked as a student athletic trainer for the varsity football team 🏈. Her passion for helping people, exercise, and overall wellness has helped her decide to pursue a career in the future as a Doctor of Physical Therapy 👩‍⚕️.

🌿 Meet Annette! 🌿

Annette is a certified RYT 200 (Yoga Teacher) who grew up in a small town in Germany 🇩🇪. She first started practicing yoga to regain clarity in life and improve her health from the inside out ✨. Through her practice, she discovered the power of daily stretching for optimal performance and well-being.

Her goal? To make flexibility and mobility accessible to everybody! 🧘‍♀️ Using assisted stretching and breathwork, she helps clients feel their best while creating a welcoming and safe space for all.

When she’s not stretching, you’ll find her by the water 🌊, on a yoga mat 🧘, or soaking up the sun with her family ☀️.
