Two years after brain surgery, what began as a sacred act of remembrance has now come full circle. ✨Today I’m sharing the final image of my memorialization tattoo, completed over 3 sessions across 3 months and finished on 3/3. A number of closure. A number of rebirth. An ending that opened a new beginning 🙏🏻

This tattoo holds the truth of my journey: that you can face death, walk through it, and still choose to come back fully alive. That survival is not the end of the story, it’s the threshold. What followed for me was devotion: to Spirit🪽to healing✨and to helping others💗find their way back to themselves🦋

This process was never rushed. It unfolded slowly, intentionally, with reverence for what my body and soul have endured. Each session marked another layer of integration, another “yes” to life!

What was once remembrance has become embodiment. What was once survival has become service. If this speaks to you, let it be a reminder: your body remembers, your spirit knows and it’s possible to close one chapter and step boldly into another, no matter how dark the passage was.

A spiritual war exists but so does collective power 🕊️When we stand together, love becomes stronger than control. Only the light✨ can drive out darkness, and we chose to be here on Earth to create positive change for humanity💖

Hate, racism, abuse, war, and greed are not love. They are distortions meant to divide, distract, and drain our energy. We, the people, still hold immense power. When we pray🙏🏻meditate and intentionally send light into the world, we shift the collective field.

Don’t get lost in the smoke screens and noise. Distraction is how energy is stolen.
Focus is how truth rises. Sit daily in prayer.
Sit daily in light. Send it outward to the Earth, to humanity, to those who have forgotten love.

This is unity.
This is power.
This is love.

Today we honor Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and the timeless truth he carried so courageously: “Peace is not passive, it is a choice”.

In a world where anger, fear, and division are constantly projected outward, we must be mindful not to feed the cycle. What we energize, we amplify. What we heal within, we help heal around us.

The fear and abuse of one another, of truth, of our shared humanity must stop if a new world is to be born. A just and loving future cannot rise from rage; it emerges from courage, compassion, and conscious restraint.

As Dr. King reminded us, “Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that.”
Today, and every day, may we choose to be that light. Peace is possible. And it begins with us. ✨🕊️Namaste✨🕊️

Two years after brain surgery, today unfolded as a sacred moment in my healing journey. ✨ A pause in time. A breath of gratitude. I am profoundly thankful to be working with Will Thompson on my memorialization tattoo—an intentional creation honoring resilience, survival, and the holy path of recovery.

Will is a gentle, caring soul with an extraordinary gift of art. I feel deeply blessed to have been divinely matched with him for this first session. The presence, care, and reverence he brings are woven into every detail. And through it all, we laughed for three full hours—because we are “Resiliente.”

My heartfelt thanks to and the incredible crew at for holding such a supportive, professional, and grounded space, and to for cultivating and leading a truly beautiful team of humans.

Today was more than a tattoo.
It was remembrance.
It was a milestone.
It was a celebration of life.

Today marks the 2 year anniversary of my brain surgery 🤍🧠🪽As I reflect, my heart is filled with a depth of gratitude that words can barely hold. This second year has been about integration—learning how to truly live again, honoring my body’s wisdom, and trusting life with renewed faith.

These past two years required many months of intentionally training my brain; relearning, rebuilding, and gently yet courageously reaching goals that once felt impossible. Reclaiming the ability to travel again was a powerful milestone. Along the way, my body stepped into uncharted territory, working with new medical my system had never experienced, helping push science forward while navigating healing with patience, courage, and trust.

After eight years of battling near brain death, and thousands of hours living inside illness, I stand here today in awe of what resurrection truly means. This journey has been nothing short of a transformational rebirth—one that has refined my purpose and deepened my devotion to walking with Spirit. I now move forward as both a master of alchemy and a teacher of grace and hope, humbled by what has carried me through.

I am deeply grateful to my doctors, medical specialists, and healing teams whose skill and compassion made this path possible. To my friends, family, clients, spiritual community, and my beloved SiStars✨, thank you for holding me through every dark night and every breakthrough. Your prayers, love, and unwavering support carried me from survival into purpose.

As I look ahead, my heart is filled with excitement and reverence as I prepare to teach again in Spring 2026. There is so much to look forward to in this second chapter of life—new ways to serve, to guide, and to walk in alignment with Spirit.

Sitting in the healing energy of Kapalua today 🦋 I feel my whole life — all 48 years of lessons, miracles, challenges, and rebirths; settling beautifully into gratitude. After everything I’ve walked through, especially post–brain surgery, my soul feels clearer, softer, and more aligned than ever.

Entering my 49th Solar Return, I feel grounded, grateful, and gracious. 🎈Thank You God for the timing of it all, for every divine alignment, every healing, every moment that led me here.

These past 48 hours reminded me of Spirit’s perfect orchestration: my first flight in five years, reconnecting with my mentor teachers and soul-family, receiving deep healing from Zintar, and meeting Tony Stockwell and Lynn Probert for the first time. Pure blessing. Thank you to My Family, My Friends and My Community🌺

✨ Maui Magic • Divine Alignment • Sacred Blessings ✨

Within the first 48 hours of our trip — and on my very first flight post–brain surgery — Spirit moved in a way so profound and so perfectly timed that all I could do was stand in awe and gratitude. 🦋

After five years of studying trance mediumship online, I was finally aligned in person with my mentor teacher and my soul-family colleagues at The Love of Avery Kind Spiritual Retreat at the Wailea Beach Resort, beautifully hosted by Nicole Newman. The moment felt like a long-awaited chapter clicking into place.

And then, as if Spirit gently whispered, “You’re ready…”
Zintar stepped forward and offered a healing so deep, so transformational, that it felt like a soul retrieval — a sacred homecoming I didn’t realize my spirit was still longing for.

Just when my heart was already overflowing, Spirit expanded the blessing even further. I met and connected for the first time with Tony Stockwell and Lynn Probert — two extraordinary mentors whose wisdom and light I have admired and learned from for years. Soon after, I embraced Karen Gabler and Kazemaru, finally sharing that long-overdue hug filled with connection, respect, and true soul recognition.

This night was sacred.
A divine appointment.
A circle of unconditional love, healing, and communal support held within a living portal of Spirit.

To everyone who attended — and to every soul who helped hold this container of light — thank you. You touched my heart more deeply than you know.

✨ Milestone 4 of 4✨Two years ago, I was fighting for my life. Today, I’m flying to Maui🪽✈️🌺

This moment isn’t luck or coincidence.
It’s the result of two years of training, healing, rehab, rewiring, rebuilding, surrendering, and rising. It’s the result of countless hours with doctors, specialists, tests, altitude trials, pressure recalibration, neurological unknowns, and pushing the limits of science just to give my brain a chance to fly again.

This is grit and faith.
This is resilience and grace.
This is God moving mountains that medicine said were unmovable.

Flying again wasn’t just a milestone — it’s become a series of miracles:
• The altitude test
• The first short flight
• The months of recovery
• The touchdown
• The joy returning
• The freedom singing
• And now… the long-haul milestone we’ve been working toward

Everything I’ve shared these last months — the spirit-stoned glow, the swelling, the recalibration, the nervous system working overtime, the rising, the believing — has led here.

This flight is my victory lap.
Not because it was easy, but because it was impossible…
until God said it wasn’t.

As I round the corner into the two-year anniversary of my brain stem surgery, I honor the woman who fought every day to get here — and the community who prayed, checked in, supported, hoped, and believed with me.

Today I rise.

As I approach this 49th Solar Return, I’m feeling a deep wave of gratitude move through me. After eight years of being grounded and surviving brain surgery I’m finally reaching the final milestone I’ve been working toward with every breath and all Summer this year. I’m getting on an airplane again for a 5-hour trip. 🪽✨ 💖

This isn’t just about travel. It’s about rebirth, renewal, and rising into a new chapter with the wings of a phoenix… and the vision and strength of an eagle. 🔥🦅🪽

I’m so grateful for this life and profoundly honored to share the journey with you—my community, my family, my friends, my clients, and the Divine presence that’s carried me when I couldn’t carry myself. 🙌🏻🙏🏻 Thank You God for it All ###

Looking back, I can see how each challenge sculpted me, how every moment of surrender became strength. I couldn’t have reached this point without your love, your guidance, your support, your prayers, and your belief in my healing.

✨ Rising, Healing, Grateful ✨

Two weeks ago, I took my first flight post brain surgery after 4 years of being medically grounded. ✈️ That moment was a victory, but what’s followed has been just as sacred — the recovery, the recalibration, and the reminder of how miraculous the human body truly is. Blessed to BE Alive!

Brain Stem Compression & Craniotomy healing isn’t simple — the pressure shifts, the cranial nerve recovery, and the unknowns are still part of my journey. But step by step, breath by breath, I am moving forward. And with every rise, I see the beauty more clearly: the mountains, the sky, the laughter, the stillness, the miracle of simply being here.

Flying again didn’t just give me freedom of movement — it gave me a deeper gratitude for life itself. Healing is not about returning to who I was. It’s about becoming who I AM meant to be. I’m here to BE The Change, help humanity and be of service to Spirit. Life after trauma is raw, demanding, and breathtakingly beautiful🪽✨ I’m grateful to be living after dying every day for six years, there’s so much to do! Let’s GO, Let’s Roll..
