Mega+WELL Spotlight: Meet Ari, one of our front desk managers at Mega + Well!🌟

I just hit 2 years at Mega Well — eeekkk!!!! best. job. ever. I’m currently finishing my bachelors in business administration this year with a concentration on general management.

Here’s a little bit about her:✨

Favorite Lagree move: i love a reverse floor lunge

Music she enjoys: i love hearing remixes of my favorites songs, anything edm with a good vibe!🤩

Hobbies: i love ceramics, knitting/crocheting and running!🏃🏼‍♀️

Fun fact: i’ve dislocated my shoulder 5x and lagree has helped strengthen and rehab it so that ive been pain free!🤞🏼

INSTRUCTOR SPOTLIGHT 🤍 Meet Ava!

Ava is an instructor at our Laguna Niguel location and she’s been teaching for 10 years! ✨

Favorite Lagree move: Kneeling reverse crunch to a giant reverse wheelbarrow. An ab annihilator. 😮‍💨

Music she plays in class: I play EDM a lot. Less swearing and more uplifting. Kream… Tiesto …Hayla…John summit..Dom . I spend so much time on my set list. It becomes obsessive. I don’t share my playlist. They’re always on private. I’ll always give the shirt off my back, but my Setlist or perfume are out and off limits.🤣

Zodiac sign: Capricorn ♑️

Hobbies: Training like a beast— Lagree and gym combos like heavy squatting, stairs with kettlebells, etc. Singing and writing. Cooking (I am a chef). And fashion!!

Fun fact: I had my hip replaced almost 2 1/2 years ago and I’ve never been stronger. Definitely grateful that I had the surgery because I was suffering for a long time, but still training as hard as I could. I take my son to the gym often because he loves working out with me now. I also make jewelry. I had some of it in the boutique and I’m working on another line right now. ✨

Catch her at our Laguna Niguel studio every Wednesday morning at 9, 10, 11, and 12! ☺️
