There’s a moment in your 30s, maybe 40s if you’re lucky, when you wake up and realize…

Your body doesn’t bounce back the way it used to.

Here’s what most people get wrong about fitness:

They think they need to destroy themselves in the gym 5-6 days a week.
Hour-long workouts.
High intensity all the time.
Maximum effort constantly.

That’s not sustainable. And honestly? It’s not necessary.

Some days it’s dull.
