💛 Most of you know, I've retired from Physical Therapy as we closed down OC Neuro Rehab in Orange County CA. This was my love and passion for almost 30 years helping people after terrible events of stroke, brain injury, concussions and so much more. I left my heart there for sure. 💔

Today, I've pivoted into helping people online reclaim their health and redefine aging. Through a company I've partnered with I was able to retire from my physical therapy practice and make a transition into Women's Wellness. It has been a blessing in our lives. But like so many of you, the world has become more challenging, there has been increase in financial responsibilities and cost of everything has skyrocketed, kids in college $$$ and so much more that I've wondered should I have retired? 🤷🏻‍♀️

🌟 Well, today I'm almost in tears as we've mapped a financial path, because of the launch of the first ever all natural GLP-1 Activator, we are doubling our business and blessing so many lives both in health and finances.💰 I never have to question, should I "Go back to work?" Who else enjoys a good sweat?
(Just FYI, we ALL need to be pooping, peeing and sweating EVERYDAY). I’ve had a few days without my workouts so I need to get my sweat on!

I HAVE A QUESTION❓I NEED HELP WITH...

Most of you know, I've been a Physical Therapist, specializing in Traumatic Brain Injury, Concussions and Stroke for the past 28 years. I have taken a pivot to Women's Longevity, Anti-Aging, and Cellular Wellness.

However, here is the question? I've been getting a lot of interest from people asking about Concussion Assessment and Coaching to support people at all ages with their symptoms and management after concussion both acute and some several months after the injury.
