Grapefruit Essential Oil IS NOT contraindicated with your medications. The essential oil comes from the rind of the fruit and there are no nutrients present in the rind.

The actual grapefruit can be contraindicated with medication because of the nutrients.

Essential oils don’t have nutrients...they have constituents and compounds that provide incredible medicinal benefits.

Essential Oils:

- Cedarwood
- Siberian Fir
- Rose

Place one drop each of Cedarwood and Siberian Fir in your hands, rub together and gently cup over your nose, inhale for 1 minute.

Roll Rose touch on inside of elbow creases, wrist creases and on sternum.

Siberian Fir breaks the pattern of feeling lonely, as it is a learned behavior.

Cedarwood and Rose help to open the heart to feel and receive love. Many times our guarded hearts block the love from entering. Cedarwood encourages us to ask for help and reach out for the support we desire.

You can apply this sequence daily for 1-2 weeks, and practice letting love in.
