Brand spankin new yoga student came to his first class with me yesterday, Injured his back at the gym 2 weeks ago and here is his feedback after I followed up with him today:
"I was going to text you. This is the first in 12 days I've been able to sit and not feel pain. So either yoga or the walk before or the snorkling afterwards, but I expect to see yoga. Really appreciate it."

Want to know where fascia science is headed? A 2025 research review just mapped it out for us.
Researchers looked at hundreds of fascia studies to figure out what's coming next. Here's what they found...
Future research will focus on two big areas:
1. How fascia affects the way we move, and its role in chronic pain - especially as we age.

For a client dealing with sooo much pain I am still able to help! We did a combination of Fascia Release with Quantum Healing which helped lower her pain thus lowering cortisol levels and she is able to rest and sleep.
