Dance teacher wins payout after yoga course triggers emotional breakdown!! Melissa Revell said that self-exploration exercises on the £2,250 course, which she attended in Goa in 2019, triggered a meltdown which has left her unable to work.

The 35-year-old said she was “retraumatised” when memories relating to being adopted were triggered by unadvertised psychological exercises.

As a Yoga Alliance credited 500E-RYT, Yoga Teachers Teacher, certified Fascia release therapist, Quantum Healer for 25plus years I can share that I have facilitated with a least 25 people in OC area referred to me that have experienced sudden awakening during sound baths, somatic exercises or kundalini yoga after working with someone NOT credited/certified/authentic. In honor of the last full moon of 2025, I will be hosting/facilitating a very relaxing, spiritual experience in Quantum Consciousness. I will be using my voice, gong, Tibetan and crystal bowls to lull us all into blissful vibrations and prepare us for the Holiday season.

This IS Karlie Z, at the calendar age of 20 she earned her Yoga Alliance credited 200hour Teacher Training with me and my private school SanctuaryOC 3 months ago.
