Every emotion has a precise physical location in the body.

Look at " love" on the map for a moment. Then look at "depression". That contrast alone tells you everything you need to know about the importance of emotional processing.

Chronic pain, illness, fatigue, tightness... When I speak to a client's Higher Self, these physical symptoms are almost always caused by an emotion that was never allowed to complete its journey through the body.
