ABC Fit Studio in Laguna Niguel Town Center is a friendly, non-competitive place where people of all ages and fitness levels can come to enjoy the amazing health benefits of meaningful exercise. Our beautifully designed studio houses two spacious rooms for group classes, two private training rooms, and a kids’ playroom.
ABC offers a wide variety of workouts categorized in two types of group classes: Reformer Pilates Classes and Specialty Classes.
Specialty Classes: Yoga (Therapeutic options), Meditation, Therapeutic Mat Pilates, TRX, Zumba, Barre, cardio, core and more!
Ever been packed so tight in a group class you could barely turn around without running into another student? You’re free to move in our light and bright Reformer room with a six-student max, and you’ll never have more than 9 other students working out in your Specialty Class workouts.
Truly unlimited memberships. With such a wide variety of classes to choose from, ABC offers two affordable and unlimited monthly memberships.
Our focus on health and wellness
With our small class sizes, supportive community feel, and specially trained instructors, ABC is the perfect place to workout for anyone who appreciates personalized workouts and extra focus on their health and wellness goals. We’ve bridged the gap between rehab and fitness by offering therapeutic classes for those need a gentler workout. We also partner with Rausch Physical Therapy, a holistic wellness center just two doors down from our studio that offers exclusive benefits to our clients.
