"The behavioral health industry is important to me as I have my own personal history of recovery. I have walked in the shoes of the clients our users help and have also walked through the storms of someone who loves an addict that unfortunately did not make it out alive. So when I speak passionately about helping the helpers it's because I have been on both ends.

Several years ago, I started off as a BHT and rose to Director level at a couple different behavioral health treatment centers, taking my knowledge to the next level with each promotion and absorbing everything like a sponge. I used Alleva at my previous jobs and so the transition to working for Alleva was relatively smooth. I started in Operations as a CSM and was promoted to Product after a year and a half. I get to use my first hand knowledge of the industry and the connections I have made over the years to deliver the best product I can to our users, learning more every step of the way.

Alleva fosters a culture where innovation thrives and risk-taking is viewed positively. That mindset creates space for creativity, growth, and meaningful impact. With my passion and knowledge of compliance, I was able to use this innovation and risk to spearhead the creation of InCheck in record breaking speed. Our Story

Founded in 2017, Alleva was started to help people overcome addiction and treat mental illness. After enjoying great experiences in the healthcare technology space, while subsequently watching family members and friends struggle with addiction and mental health issues, we decided to put our knowledge and expertise to good use by helping individuals and families achieve peace and happiness in their lives.

Our “Aha!” moment came as we watched a behavioral health treatment center open next to our offices and struggle as they dealt with managing an-ever increasing patient load. We listened to the challenges they faced and started devising ideas of how we could help.

Our mission is to help people overcome their struggles by providing state-of-the-art technology to the clinicians and administrators who care for them. Helping our clients trend data and automate processes and workflows that were once tedious allows our customers to spend more time doing their most important work — caring for their patients.
