We will begin our journey with Chris leading us through a breathwork practice. Then, Anya will take us deeper with her combination of crystal quartz and alchemy bowls. All attendees will be wearing a NeuroVizr, a brain wellness and meditation device that will be set on the same session, for a shared journey of Light and Sound.
