Polarity Therapy peeps - The American Polarity Therapy Association (APTA) is hosting a virtual conference Nov 1,2 and 3. You DO NOT need to be a member to attend. The theme of the conference is: Polarity Therapy, Thriving Today!, with presentations supporting on-line session work/distance healing (w/Jennifer Sanders) and how to cultivate a successful practice (w/Amanda Lux). This photo was taken in Spain. I always dreamt of going there because I love the culture. I like the vitality and the colors and I love the language.

I didn't realize why these things spoke to me - what was really calling me to Spain. After I visited I understood I was truly attracted to the warmth and relational quality of the people, the ocean, the architecture and the nature. Even the food opened my heart. This was a time in my life that my heart needed nurturing. My being heard the call and “manifested” the experience.

For me, manifestation has always been about the experience I want to have. Where do I want to go and how do I want to get there?

I had lofty dreams for an underprivileged child. The typical college years morphed into raising 3 children in my mid 20's. I was barely making ends meet until my 40’s while still dreaming of travel, security, ease and time to rest.

As I call these things into my life now, I see the journey is as fascinating as the destination. For me to attain my desires I have to know who I am and connect to what I want to feel underneath the idea in my mind.

In Summon Your Dream Life, Shannon and I deliver powerful tools and practices for you to recognize the (sometimes quiet) yearnings of your heart, turn the volume up and call them into being. This course serves both the journey and the destination.

Arizona friends, I will be moving out of state in the beginning of July. I'm very excited about this opportunity AND I will miss you all dearly. I will be coming back here and there to teach and see clients but in the meantime, if you would like to receive a bodywork session before I leave, I invite you to reach out soon. (I will also be traveling for 2 weeks in May before I move, so my session time here is limited)

Also, I recently spent 4 days in an Ancestral Medicine Wheel ceremony with Heather Principe. During this time we learned amazing, sacred geometrical bodywork to support connection and healing between ourselves, our ancestors and all that we are carrying with and for our lineage. It was a powerful and dimensional experience that is still moving through and unfolding minute by minute. It will be my honor to share these protocols with any of you that are called to receive.
