What is your favorite part about your job, or how do you feel you make an impact here?
I love to see smiles from everyone I work with.
Knowing I did everything I could to make their day better.

What makes this a great place to work?
When I’m working I give my all. Great teamwork most days. I love my residents.

Winter is very well deserving of this. Every single day she gives 100%. She loves the residents and they live here! Winter is amazing at her job and we appreciate her so much!

-My relationships with staff and the residents. I make an impact here by being positive, maintaining the overall cleanliness and sanitation of this facility, doing the best I can.
