A Celebration of Life for Jeremy will be held on Saturday, June 28, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Prospect Cemetery Chapel, 501 Prospect St., East Stroudsburg, PA 18301. The chapel is small so there will also be a luncheon at Alaska Pete's 151 Seven Bridge Road, Marshalls Creek, PA at about 12:30pm depending on the time the service is over. 💚

We are heartbroken to share the passing of our beloved friend, Jeremy.

Jeremy was a constant source of warmth, wisdom, and unwavering support. He brought laughter to even the hardest days, cared deeply for everyone around him, and gave his all to help others heal. His kindness, dedication, and selflessness touched countless lives, leaving behind a legacy of compassion and love that will never be forgotten. His presence lit up every room, and his absence leaves a void that cannot be filled.

We will forever be grateful for the time we had with him and the profound impact he made on our team, our clients, and our community. His memory will continue to inspire us to lead with heart, live with purpose, and care deeply for one another.
