“I allow myself to rest, reset, and breathe as deeply as the trees around me.” 🌿

In a world that constantly asks us to push harder, move faster, and do more, choosing rest can feel unfamiliar. But nature reminds us that restoration is essential—not earned. Forests do not bloom endlessly without pause. They slow, shed, soften, and renew.

May this be your reminder to step outside, unclench your shoulders, take a deeper breath, and allow yourself moments of stillness. Your nervous system deserves care, too.🤍

“Wind in foliage—the best sound. 🌿💨

Life is made up of simple moments.
The breeze through the trees.
Warm sunlight on your skin.
The sound of leaves dancing overhead.
A quiet laugh.
A deep breath.

So often, we rush past the small things while searching for bigger ones—yet these gentle moments are what life is truly made of.

Notice them.
Take them in.
Let yourself enjoy the ordinary beauty that exists all around you. ✨

May is Mental Health Awareness Month 🌿

Mental health struggles are not always loud. Sometimes they appear quietly through exhaustion, disconnection, overwhelm, or feeling unlike yourself.

Nature teaches us that restoration is part of being alive—not something we must earn. 🌿

May this be your reminder to check in with yourself gently and compassionately.

Which slide resonated with you most?

A Sunday morning shared with one of my favorite organizations🤍🌿

It was such an honor to facilitate a local forest bathing experience for the Mountain Provisions Cooperative. To each lovely soul who attended—thank you for your presence, your openness, and your community heart. The way we slow down together, listen deeply, and reconnect with the natural world is a gentle reminder that healing and belonging often grow side by side.

May we continue creating spaces where we feel grounded, connected, and nourished by both nature and one another. 🤍

The California paperflower may look delicate, but it’s a powerful example of nature’s resilience. 🌸

Known for its thin, papery petals and ability to thrive in dry climates, the paperflower is specially adapted to California’s sun, heat, and changing landscapes. Its textured blooms help conserve moisture, while its deep-rooted resilience allows it to survive where other flowers struggle.

The paperflower reminds us that softness and strength can coexist. That even in harsh environments, beauty still finds a way to bloom. 🌿

Many women nurture like the trees — quietly offering shelter, strength, grounding, and care to those around them. 🌿

Today we honor the women who guide, protect, and pour love into the world around them. May this Mother’s Day bring you moments of rest, fresh air, and gentle reminders that you deserve care, too.

Happy Mother’s Day from Pine Wellness for HER 🤍

We gather in community not because we have everything figured out… but because healing often happens when we slow down together. 🌿

Forest bathing invites us back into connection—connection with the land, with our senses, and with one another. In the quiet rhythm of nature, healing doesn’t have to be forced. Sometimes it begins with soft footsteps on the trail, laughter among women, sunlight through the trees, and the reminder that we were never meant to carry it all alone.

Nature has a way of softening the nervous system and opening space for presence, reflection, and restoration. 🤍

“Almost everything will work again if you unplug it for a few minutes… including you.” -Anne Lamott🤍

In a world that asks you to always be “on,” choosing to pause is an act of care.

Step outside.
Silence the noise.
Let your nervous system soften.

You don’t have to earn your rest.
You don’t have to wait until you’re overwhelmed.

Even a few mindful minutes—feeling the sun on your skin, listening to the wind, grounding your feet—can gently bring you back to yourself.

Today’s reminder: you are allowed to unplug… and still be enough. 🌿

✨ When was the last time you truly paused?

The butterfly doesn’t rush her becoming. 🦋

She begins in stillness… in the unseen, in the in-between. What looks like rest is actually deep transformation. What feels like ending is often the beginning of something entirely new.

The butterfly teaches us that growth isn’t always loud or visible. Sometimes it’s slow. Sometimes it’s uncomfortable. Sometimes it asks us to trust the process🤍

And when she’s ready, she emerges—not the same, but transformed. Softer, stronger, and fully herself.✨

Where in your life are you being invited to trust your transformation?
