Holding space for a circle of incredible women in the Santa Monica Mountains was a deep reminder of why this work lives in my soul.

From forest bathing beneath the trees, to our HER Sacred Seasons spring ceremony, to slow tea shared in presence—every moment was woven with openness, softness, and connection.

There is something so powerful about women gathering in nature… remembering, releasing, and gently returning to themselves.🤍

At Pine Wellness for HER, we celebrate the strength, resilience, and wisdom of women—and the importance of caring for ourselves as we care for the world around us.

Sometimes the most powerful act of wellness is simply stepping outside. Forest bathing invites us to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with nature, reminding us that rest, renewal, and growth are all part of the journey. Today we honor women everywhere and the healing power of community, self-care, and the natural world. When women nurture their wellbeing, they create ripples of healing in their families, communities, and beyond. 🤍

We walked. We talked. We paused long enough to really breathe it all in—the light through the trees, the fresh air, the simple joy of being present together.🌿

There’s something sacred about being held by friendship and by nature at the same time. Shoulders soften. Laughter comes easier. The heart feels full.

Connection + Nature = the gift that keeps on giving. 🌿

It nourishes the nervous system.
It restores perspective.
It fills the heart in ways productivity never could.

There’s something healing about moving through the forest with childlike wonder—pausing to notice moss on a log, light dancing through the trees, the quiet invitation to wander without a destination. 🌿

Forest bathing reminds us that we don’t have to be productive to be worthy. We can explore, get curious, and let nature lead the way. When we allow ourselves to slow down and play, our nervous system softens and our spirit remembers how to breathe again.
