We are excited to introduce Natasha Theodore as the new Executive Director of Modena Green Oaks.
Natasha brings more than 20 years of experience in senior living and a heartfelt passion for serving older adults. Growing up without grandparents, she witnessed how meaningful those relationships were for others — an experience that inspired her lifelong commitment to ensuring seniors feel valued, supported, and connected.
Her journey in senior living began as a Lead Concierge and later a Sales Specialist at both the community and corporate levels. Along the way, Natasha found deep fulfillment in helping residents and families navigate important life decisions — whether offering steady guidance, assisting with new technology, or simply being a compassionate presence.
Natasha believes communication is the foundation of every successful relationship. “Open and timely communication builds trust, strengthens community, and creates an environment where residents, team members, and families thrive,” she shares.
A Chicago native and proud Cubs and Bears fan, Natasha is a sports enthusiast with a goal of visiting all 30 NFL stadiums before turning 50 — and she’s well on her way! She also enjoys exploring Chicago’s vibrant restaurant scene, traveling, and spending quality time with her daughter, Mariah Naomi, who inspires her every day.
