Week 5 of Nourishing Life Class was a compelling conversation on the essentials of well-being.

We explored the flow of blood and energy through acupuncture channels, the power of proper breathing, and how nature & exercise impact our vitality. To round it out, we studied the benefits of restful sleep as a baseline for optimal health.

This week, we kicked things off with some light movement to awaken our bodies, followed by a deep dive into how what we eat and when we eat truly impacts our overall health.

We explored the powerful connection between flavors and the gut-brain axis—because what we eat can fuel not only our bodies, but our minds too. And most importantly, we learned how to live in harmony with food, embracing balance and nourishment for both body and soul.
