March is National Nutrition Month 😆 And we’re starting off strong with a yummy/no guilt recipe!!
Chocolate Covered Peanut Butter Stuffed Dates 🍫✨
What you need:
12 Medjool dates, pitted
¼ cup creamy peanut butter
¼ cup roasted peanuts, lightly chopped
1 cup dark chocolate chips
1 tsp coconut oil
Flaky sea salt for topping
How to make them:
Stuff each date with peanut butter and a few roasted peanuts
Freeze for 15-20 minutes
Dip in melted chocolate and sprinkle with sea salt
Refrigerate until set
