Motherhood is a gift that once you open it….

You don’t know how it’s going to change you.
It’s scary. It’s beautiful. It’s all emotions in one.

My boys are everything to me. They wake up everyday and teach me something new about me. Most importantly, they force me to show up no matter what or how I feel.

To all the mommas, you are so special, know that.

One of my favorite parts of my job as a functional sports dietitian is fueling my clients for endurance events.

Why? Because it’s super fun to help people map things out, train their gut and see how powerful and sports nutrition is to their performance, recovery, and keeping them active long-term.

There is a lot more on this topic for me to talk about, but this is just to get us started. If you have any questions, drop them below in the comments.

The WIMN Podcast is HERE!

For 2+ years I’ve been dying to relaunch my podcast (formally Strengthen).

Having ADHD is a Superpower to get things done, but it can also be a massive roadblock.

In my first episode, I sit down with Sarah peters to talk about ADHD, working in fitness and being a business owning baddie.

I’m so obsessed with this episode, my ADHD is hyper fixated on it.

Listen in. Question us. Comment.

Link in Bio to listen.

I’m so exited she is HERE!

The best thing that happened to me in the past year was getting my ADHD diagnosis.

Navigating this new issue kind of life and being on meds has been an absolute game changer. But as you know for anyone on a stimulant, medication comes with side effects

And that’s why I take and standby it
