🟡 There are moments when things feel simple.

You make a decision and move with it.
No overthinking.
No back and forth.

And then there are moments when that feels harder.

You pause more.
Question yourself.
Go in circles a bit.

Even the small things take more energy.

That’s part of it.

Sometimes, that sense of trust just needs a little rebuilding.

Not all at once. Just step by step.

If this feels familiar, we’ll share a few simple ways to work with it next 💛

🟠 Maybe you know this feeling…

When things just flow.
You don’t have to force anything.
You can just be in it.

And then something shifts.

Not all at once.
Just… a little less ease.

Things feel a bit stuck.
A bit heavy.
Hard to fully enjoy.

It doesn’t mean anything is wrong.

Sometimes, it’s just your body asking for a little more flow.

If this feels familiar, we’ll share a few simple ways to work with it next 🟠

Maybe you know this feeling…

When things feel steady.
Simple.
Like you can just be where you are.

And then something shifts.

Not in a big way. Nothing you can really point to.

Just a quiet sense of being a little… not fully there.

It doesn’t mean anything is wrong.

Sometimes, it’s just your foundation asking for a little attention.

If this feels familiar, we’ll share a few simple ways to work with it next 🔴

We’ve created something new within our Yoga & Meditation practice.

In Kundalini Yoga, we work with the whole system. Everything is connected — how you feel, how you move, how you think, and how you relate.

But at the same time, you might notice that certain areas ask for a little more attention than others.

And instead of trying to understand everything at once, it can actually help to slow things down and focus on one area at a time.

So we created:

Come Back To Yourself — A Balance Series

It’s a series of short kriyas, each one designed to support a specific chakra.

Just three simple, but powerful exercises for each one — something that feels doable, accessible, and that you can actually feel in your body.

8 parts. 8 ways to reconnect.

We’ll move through it together, one step at a time 💛

Ever feel like you’re spinning your wheels, stuck in stress, blame, or overwhelm?

It happens to all of us.

But here’s a powerful truth:
You can choose where your energy goes 🌞

And when you shift it toward what you can control - your breath, your next step, the way you speak to yourself and others — you begin to create momentum that actually serves you.

This post is a gentle reminder to come back to your center.

To do what you can.

And to let that be more than enough 💛

Posture tip 👇

Stop pulling your shoulders back.
Start with your chin and chest.

Tuck the chin.
Lift the chest.
Let the shoulders follow.

Add this stretch to undo a long day at the computer — your body will thank you 💛
