I started Latte Lab Co. to create simple, cozy latte blends that are easy to make at home and made with ingredients you can actually recognize.

Our blends are:
✨ Dairy-free
✨ Naturally sweetened with monk fruit
✨ Made in small batches
✨ Delicious hot or iced

Current favorites include Golden Chai, Rose & Shine Cacao, and Matcha Latte.

Everything is handcrafted in Tennessee and shipped nationwide.

I never get used to reading messages like this 🤍

When I started Latte Lab, I just wanted something simple, supportive, and easy to come back to every day.

I used to drink… honestly, probably 5–6 cups of coffee a day.

And for a while, it worked.
Or at least I thought it did.

But over time, it didn’t feel the same.

I’d crash.
Feel anxious.
Not sleep well.
Wake up already tired and do it all over again.

And as I got older…
and went through a lot personally — stress, burnout, losing my brother unexpectedly —
my body just couldn’t keep up with that anymore.

That season forced me to slow down in a way I never had before.

Not perfectly. Not all at once.
But little by little.

Latte Lab Co. really came out of that.

Not from having it all figured out —

Latte Lab Co. started during a season where my health felt really off.

I was dealing with sensitivities, hormone imbalances, and just not feeling like myself…
and coffee only made things worse.

I wanted something gentler—
something that actually supported my body.

So I started making my own blends.

And honestly, I’m still on that journey.

Most coffee drinks are loaded with sugar + caffeine spikes that your body has to recover from.

What I’ve found works better:
